Use TINOO to learn, practise and progress responsibly.
These terms describe the rules for accessing TINOO, its courses and its learning tools.
1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using TINOO, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are not legally able to agree on your own, a parent, guardian or authorised institution must agree for you.
2. Educational purpose
TINOO provides learning explanations, practice materials, tools and progress features. It does not replace official syllabuses, teacher guidance, examination-board notices or professional advice. Although content is reviewed carefully, accuracy, completeness and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and notify TINOO through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorised use. You may not share credentials, impersonate another person or attempt to access another learner’s information.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not disrupt, probe, scrape or bypass the platform’s security or access controls.
- Do not upload or distribute unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
- Do not reproduce, sell or republish substantial parts of TINOO without permission.
- Do not use automated systems in a way that burdens the service or undermines learning and assessment integrity.
5. Content and intellectual property
TINOO’s original explanations, interface, diagrams, organisation and branding are protected content. Third-party names, questions and materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used only where permission or applicable law allows. Cambridge International and related marks belong to their respective owner. TINOO is an independent learning platform and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Cambridge International Education.
6. Learner results
Saved scores and progress indicators are study aids. They are not official grades, predicted grades, certificates or guarantees of examination performance. Learners remain responsible for checking current examination requirements and deadlines.
7. Availability and changes
TINOO may change courses, features or these terms and may suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve learner progress, but uninterrupted access is not promised.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TINOO is provided on an “as available” basis and is not responsible for indirect losses, lost study time, examination outcomes or losses caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Questions
Questions about these terms can be raised through the Contact page. The dedicated public support address will be added there before wider enrollment opens.
