1. Information TINOO processes

When you create or use an account, TINOO may process your name, email address and authentication identifier. While learning, the platform may save completed lessons, mastery scores, assessment attempts, past-paper scores and activity dates. Hosting and authentication providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details, device information, security events and necessary cookies.

3. Services that support TINOO

TINOO uses Clerk for account authentication and managed hosting infrastructure for delivery, databases and security. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. TINOO does not sell learner personal information.

4. Cookies and local technology

Authentication cookies and similar browser storage are used to keep users signed in, protect sessions and remember essential platform state. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or saved progress from working correctly.

5. Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide an account, maintain legitimate records, secure the service and meet legal requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable law and records that must be retained. Requests should be made through the Contact page using the email connected to the account.

7. Children and international use

TINOO is an educational platform and may be used by school-age learners. Where consent from a parent, guardian or school is required by local law, the responsible adult or institution should provide it before account use. Information may be processed in countries where TINOO’s service providers operate.

8. Policy changes
